Retail Price & Shipping Terms

Thank you for your interest in Parasol, LLC products! Please fill out the Retail Registration Form here and we will let you know upon approval your password to view our catalog as well as the retail prices.
Please note:
We use USPS as shipping, any shipping rates/charges are directly linked to http://usps.com
Parasol, LLC manufactures
our products in Mexico and ship them to a warehouse in Laredo, when
shopping you will see the inventory available for each product and can
purchase according to the inventory.
Parasol, LLC will upload a tracking number on the website once your order is in the USPS system.
Parasol, LLC cannot be held responsible for any of our products purchased outside http://retail.parasolgarden.com
Shipping Terms:
Shipping charges will be made according to http://usps.com, Parasol, LLC is NOT responsible for any additional charges made by the carrier after the order has been paid along with the shipping.
Parasol, LLC is responsible for the handling of the products by the carrier from Mexico to Laredo, TX and for any defective items. However, Parasol, LLC is NOT responsible for the handling used by USPS from Laredo to its destination.
After payment, orders placed before 2 p.m. CST will ship the same day, orders placed after 2 p.m. CST will ship the next day.
Note:
Any defective items will be replaced by Parasol, LLC when customers provide pictures and a brief description of the issue.
Defective/Damaged:
All of our merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. In order to receive
replacement, claims for defective/damaged must be made within three days of delivery. Please
retain the damaged item, original carton and packing materials. We will advise of the
disposition of the merchandise.
Payment Terms: Prepay before placing the order. After transaction has gone through, we will proceed according to our Shipping Terms. Visa/MasterCard/American Express accepted.
Accessory-only orders will be charged a minimum $10.00 freight charge.
Products:
All products produced by PAR•A•SOL® are handmade and therefore will vary somewhat in
color and shape. We do our best to maintain exacting production standards, but variations will
occur and are desirable to maintain the handmade look of our products. PAR•A•SOL® uses
recycled glass in all of its products.
Returns: For any returns please send an email to retail@parasolgarden.com.
No returns are accepted without prior authorization from PAR•A•SOL®. A 15%
restocking fee may apply to items being returned that customer does not want.
PAR•A•SOL® will not absolve any shipping for returns.
